Privacy policy

How F7 Tecnologia handles the personal data of people who visit this site or contact us through it. Written to be read, not to be signed without reading.

This English version is a translation provided for convenience. The policy follows Brazil’s data protection law (LGPD), and the Portuguese version prevails.

Who is responsible for your data

F7 Tecnologia is the controller of the personal data processed by this site, under Brazil’s General Data Protection Law (Law No. 13,709/2018, the LGPD). Our identification details and the data protection officer’s contact are at the end of this page.

What data we collect

We collect only what we need to answer people who reach out and to know whether our campaigns work:

  • Data you provide in the forms: name, email, company, job title, phone (optional), the topic or pain you chose and the message you write.
  • Visit source data: when you arrive from an ad, the link parameters (utm_source, utm_medium, utm_campaign, utm_term, utm_content and the click identifiers gclid, from Google, and li_fat_id, from LinkedIn) are sent along with the form you submit.
  • Technical access data: IP address, date and time, requested page and browser, logged by the servers that host the site, for security and troubleshooting.
  • Measurement cookies, only if you accept (details in the cookies section).

What we use it for, and on what legal basis

We don’t sell data, we don’t use it for automated decision-making and we don’t profile you from it.

  • To answer your message and prepare the conversation you asked for. Legal basis: preliminary procedures for a contract, at the data subject’s request (art. 7, V) and legitimate interest (art. 7, IX).
  • To know which campaign each contact came from and measure ad results. Legal basis: consent, for cookies (art. 7, I); legitimate interest, for the link parameters that accompany a form you chose to submit (art. 7, IX).
  • To keep the site secure and running. Legal basis: legitimate interest (art. 7, IX).

Who we share it with

Data only goes to companies that provide services to F7 and process data on our behalf, or to whoever you authorized:

  • Salesforce: the CRM where your contact is recorded and answered.
  • Google Cloud: where this site is hosted.
  • Google (Tag Manager and Analytics): only if you accept the measurement cookies.
  • Public authorities, when required by law or court order.

Transfers to other countries

Salesforce and Google may store or process data outside Brazil. In those cases the transfer follows art. 33 of the LGPD, with contractual clauses and the safeguards offered by these providers.

Cookies

This site doesn’t use advertising or measurement cookies without your consent. A notice asks whether you accept. Declining changes nothing about how the site works.

If you accept, we load Google Tag Manager and Google Analytics (visits, where you came from and form submissions). These cookies are set and controlled by Google, under its own policy.

We store your choice in our own cookie (f7_consentimento) for 180 days. You can change your mind at any time through the “Cookie preferences” link in the footer, or by clearing your browser cookies.

When you pick a language in the PT · EN · ES switcher, we store that choice in the f7_idioma cookie for one year, so the site and the Kyrios platform open in it. It is a functional cookie: it measures nothing and is not sent to third parties.

Fonts and other site files are served by the site itself, with no calls to third parties.

How long we keep it

Contact data stays in the CRM for as long as there is a conversation or business relationship with you or your company. After that, it is deleted or anonymized, unless the law requires it to be kept. Your cookie choice is stored for 180 days.

Your rights

The LGPD (art. 18) guarantees that you can, at any time:

  • confirm whether we process your data and access it;
  • correct incomplete, inaccurate or outdated data;
  • request anonymization, blocking or deletion of unnecessary data or data processed in breach of the law;
  • request data portability;
  • request deletion of data processed based on your consent, and withdraw that consent;
  • know who we share your data with;
  • object to processing you consider unlawful.

To exercise any of them, write to the data protection officer’s email below. We reply within 15 days. If you’re not satisfied, you can also file a complaint with Brazil’s National Data Protection Authority (ANPD), at gov.br/anpd.

Security

The site only works over an encrypted connection (HTTPS). Access to the CRM is restricted to those who need it to answer contacts, and the form integration uses its own credential, with no personal password. No system is immune to incidents; if one occurs that may pose a risk to you, we will notify you and the ANPD, as the law requires.

Changes to this policy

When the site starts handling data differently, this page changes first. The date of the last update is at the top.
